After meeting with Ms Tan,
we have decided that the best option is to investigate the evaporation rates of liquids with different impurities.

We will use sugar, salt and food colouring.
To ensure that we will see obvious results, we will trial by placing three of these sets in the fridge, room temperature and oven.
This experiment will take place with recordings every 5 minutes by measuring the weight of the solution left.

However, this experiment can still be further improved, so I might decide to change it later on.
